The firm advises its clients on the opportunity of initiating or pursuing an action on the basis of the European Convention on Human Rights, first at the national level, then before the European Court of Human Rights of the man (“ECHR”).

It should be noted that more than 90% of the applications submitted to the ECHR are declared inadmissible by the Court. An application before the ECHR must meet specific criteria of admissibility and a precise formalism.

The firm provides consultations relating to the procedure and practice of the Court, and relating to potential chances of success first of the admissibility of an application, and more generally of any action before the ECHR.

The firm finally drafts and submits the applications to the ECHR and ensures the proceedings and drafting of subsequent submissions to the Court.
